Submitting our intake form starts a conversation, not a contract. Providing your company and contact information does not obligate you to purchase any service, and it does not obligate us to accept your inquiry or deliver any product. A member of our team will follow up to scope your Private Trained LLM engagement.

4. Engagements & Deliverables
These Terms cover use of this website and our intake process only. The scope, pricing, timeline, deliverables, data handling, and deployment terms for any actual Private Trained LLM engagement are governed by a separate signed agreement between you and PrivateTrainedLLM.com, negotiated once your inquiry is scoped. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to build, deliver, or license any specific model, and descriptions of our process (including deployment options, augmentation, and hosting) are provided for general informational purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the property of PrivateTrainedLLM.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this Site's content without our prior written consent. Ownership of any model or deliverable produced under an engagement is governed by the separate engagement agreement referenced above.
6. Third-Party Services
Our intake form is powered by Formspree, a third-party service. Your use of the intake form is also subject to Formspree's own terms of service. On-prem installation, where applicable, may involve third-party integrators (such as Tier 1/Tier 2 firms) selected at your discretion; any such installation is governed by a separate agreement between you and that integrator.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
This Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
